Democratising Mental Healthcare: Training Lay People to Practise Therapy

In this episode, we speak with two individuals with no prior mental health background who are trained (by professionals) to deliver therapy in Goa, India. We discuss personal and professional motivations to pursue a career of emotional healing, and the process by which one learns to deliver evidence based psychotherapy.
